Avicularia versicolor breeding...

07/09/2000  Tick (Avicularia versicolor) matured into a male.
07/24/2000  Shipped out today for breeding (50/50 split).
07/25/2000  Arrived with the first breeder.
10/13/2000  Arrived with a second breeder in good condition.
11/16/2000  A third breeder reports that he arrived in good shape and is showing interest in his female. Should be old hat by now. (-:
11/26/2000  The third breeder says that his mating was apparently sucessful, and that he's ready to go on to the next breeder (as soon as I find one).
12/05/2000  I found yet another person who has use for him, and he'll be sent off to her soon. Could be a lot of babies if several of these are successful...
12/12/2000  The first breeder reports that his female has webbed up and stopped eating, which is possibly indications of making an eggsac.
12/13/2000  The fourth breeder recieved Tick yesterday and reports that he's doing well and has already eaten. We'll see how the breeding goes.
01/02/2001  The fourth breeder reports that a mating has taken place!
02/15/2001  The third breeder reports that his female molted. )-:
02/25/2001  The second breeder reports that his female dropped a sac! (-:
04/11/2001  The first breeder reports that his female produced an eggsac.
05/09/2001  The first breeder reports that the eggsac hatched!
05/16/2001  The spiderlings from the first batch have arrived and are now available for sale.
