Her carapace and the patch in the middle of her abdomen look like a metallic gold crayon on black paper.

She's grown. In this picture you can see her golden carapace and abdomen patch.
  Munchy munchy.
She's munching on a little cricket here. In a pinch, she'll eat crickets as big as she is with NO problem She always seems to bite them in the neck, sometimes severing their heads.
