The P. pulcher

Species Information:
This arboreal native to Panama (duh) is said to be less aggressive than other members of its genus.

Feeding:
She gets medium sized crickets.

Housing:
The spider lives in a medium sized pet-pal tipped up on end. Substrate is an inch or two of potting soil. There is a piece of cork bark for climbing.

She's done a small amount of webbing in the cage.

I try to keep the humidity around 70-80%. It's usually about 80-82°F in my spider room, where it is kept. Because it's still really too small for a water dish, humidity is maintained by misting and moist substrate.

 The medium pet-pal arboreal setup.
This cage for the P. formosa is like the one for the P. pulcher.

Temperment:
Though other members of this genus tend to be a bit mean, this species is reported to be fairly tame.
