Starting to get the darker color, but hasn't abandoned the abdomen chevrons yet.

Species Information:
This particular pinktoe is probably the most inexpensive and common in the hobby, next to A. avicularia. They are somewhat larger than A. avicularia also.

Feeding:
She gets medium to large sized crickets. Nothing special here.

Housing:
This spider lives in a large round pet-pal style enclosure. The substrate is about 2" of potting soil. There's a piece of cork bark for climbing.

I try to keep the humidity around 75-80%. It's usually about 80-84°F in my spider room, where it is kept. Because it's still really too small for a water dish, humidity is maintained by misting and moist substrate.

It hasn't constructed a retreat yet, but I expect it to soon.

Temperment:
As is the reputation for this species, she seems tame. She's still very small though, so no definate judgements can be made.
